Frequently asked questions

Everything worth knowing before your next trip.

How is this different from a keyring tracker?

A keyring tracker is a fob you have to attach to something. This is the shape and thickness of a card, so it lives inside the wallet itself with nothing dangling off it.

Does it work with Android?

It uses the Apple Find My network, so it needs an iPhone or iPad to set up and track. There is no Android app.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Find My is already built into your Apple device, and there is no monthly fee, account or renewal of any kind.

How long does the battery last?

Up to eight months per charge. Find My tells you when it runs low, and the wireless charger it ships with refills it in about two hours.

Will it work in an RFID-blocking wallet?

Yes. It uses Bluetooth rather than RFID, so a blocking wallet does not interfere with it.

How accurate is it?

Close by, you can play a sound to pinpoint it. Further away you get its last known location on the map, updated whenever an Apple device passes near it.

Can I track more than one?

Yes. Each card appears separately in Find My, so a wallet, a bag and a suitcase can all be tracked at once.

How long does shipping take?

Orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days with tracking emailed to you. Shipping is free on orders of two or more.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, contact us and we will refund you in full. Use it on an actual trip first — that is the only real test.
